1. Appointments
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accommodated based on stylist availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients are requested to inform the salon at least 24 hours prior to cancellation or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings.
3. Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide exceptional service quality. If you have concerns regarding a service, please notify the salon within 48 hours of your appointment.
4. Pricing
All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, texture, stylist selection, and service customisation.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are requested to inform the salon of allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or medical concerns before services begin.
6. Personal Belongings
Autumn Salon is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings within the premises.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards, memberships, and service packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The salon reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, late arrivals affecting scheduling, or health and safety concerns.
