Welcome to Autumn Salon. These terms and conditions serve as the general guidelines for availing our services and purchasing our products. When you visit or use Autumn Salon services or products, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Additional terms and conditions may apply for specific services, promotions, or products. Please be aware that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing them periodically. Your use of our services and purchase of products constitute a binding contract between you and Autumn Salon, the organization responsible for the operation of this salon

APPOINTMENTS & RESCHEDULING

To ensure your visit to Autumn Salon is a delightful experience, we strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance.

We are happy to accommodate changes or reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Please notify us well in advance.

Please be punctual. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, your appointment will be considered canceled.

CONSENT AND CONTRAINDICATION

For some services, you may be asked to fill out a “Declaration cum Consent” form. Providing accurate and complete information on this form is essential for a safe and personalized consultation and service.

Before trying a new service, we advise a patch test for all products involved to ensure your safety and well-being.

If you are pregnant, please inform us when booking your appointment. This information will help us provide you with comfortable and safe services, as certain treatments may not be advisable during pregnancy.

Inform your expert of any medical conditions before your service, as some services may not be suitable for you.

CUSTOMER/ SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service or a specific treatment if we believe it violates our standard operating procedures (SOP) or is not safe or suitable for you based on the information you provide during the consultation.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in verbal or physical abuse towards our staff

PRICES

Prices for our services and products may vary between different Autumn Salon locations. We have the right to change prices without prior notice.

The price in effect at the time of service or product purchase will be applied, and applicable taxes will be added.

SAFETY

You are responsible for your valuables while at Autumn Salon. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal items.

At Autumn Salon, we uphold the highest standards of health, safety, ethics, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. If you have any suggestions, feedback, or wish to report an incident that doesn’t align with these standards, please contact the Salon Manager or the Area Business Manager.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Autumn Salon generally does not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please report your complaint to [email protected] or call us at 040 4954 2598 within 15 days of receiving the service.

After a consultation and the completion of a service per the agreed terms, you are obligated to pay the full service charge.

We accept damaged, unopened, and unused products for exchange (no refund) within 7 days of the bill date, provided you have a valid bill.

GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS/COUPONS

Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Coupons are accepted at Autumn Salon, provided they are presented within their validity period, as per the terms and conditions specified on the vouchers and coupons.

These cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers at Autumn Salon.

RUNWAY REWARDS

To join our Runway Rewards Loyalty program, you must enjoy services worth Rs 2000/- in a single bill at any Autumn Salon.

You can check your reward points balance at your nearest Autumn Salon. If you’re not registered with DND, you may also receive your point balance by SMS to your registered mobile number.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Service/Series Sale packages are non-transferable and must be used within the 4 / 6 / 12-month period corresponding to the service series you book.

Specific terms and conditions for each offer or promotion may apply in addition to these general terms and conditions.

Services and products available under the offer or promotion will also be available without the offer or promotion.

Offers and promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, and multiple offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers and promotions without prior notice

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

We accept payments in cash, as well as credit and debit cards affiliated with Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Please ensure you receive your bill upon the completion of services provided. If your valid mobile number is registered with us, we will send you a bill via SMS after closing the bill in the system.

If you do not receive a bill via any mode of communication within 24 hours of service completion, please report it to [email protected] or call us at 040 4954 2598. In cases of genuine missed bills (where no authorized manual bill or e-bill is issued), customers will be issued an Autumn Salon e-gift card worth Rs. 5000, after investigation. This e-Gift Card is one-time redeemable only for services.

To claim the above, you must have provided your valid Name, Mobile No., and Email ID at the time of billing.

Duplicate bills can be obtained within 15 days for services received at Autumn Salon.

If you notice any discrepancies in your bill, please report them to [email protected] or call 040 4954 2598, or visit the salon where you received the services within 15 days.

DATA SECURITY

We kindly request that you provide accurate information when filling out the Declaration cum Consent form for your own benefit.

Any personal information or sensitive data you provide to us during the appointment booking, consultation, or consent forms is given voluntarily and will be kept confidential. We may store this information for future reference, recommendations, and marketing purposes. We may use your provided personal information to contact you regarding our products, offers, services, and promotions.
